DELUXE deep cleaning

Our Deep Cleaning Services go beyond the standard General Cleaning items. Not only do we meticulously clean surfaces, dust furniture, and vacuum carpets, but we also prioritize the removal of built-up dirt, grime, and residue throughout your space. The Deep Cleaning Services includes the items listed in the General Cleaning section, plus the following:

  • Blinds (hand-washed)

  • Moldings & woodwork, window sills (hand washed or wiped)

  • Baseboards (hand washed)

  • Knick knacks (hand wiped)

  • Furniture (polished)

  • Interior/exterior appliances cleaned

  • Stovetop/range (scrubbed)

  • Cabinet fronts (cleaned)

  • Doors (hand-washed)

  • Tub/Shower & tiles (scrubbed)

  • Wastebaskets (emptied/sanitized)

move-in / move-out cleaning

Our Move-In / Move-Out Services includes the items listed in the Deep Cleaning section, plus the following:

Doors/windows/vents

LAUNDRY ROOM

  • Remove cobwebs

  • Wipe the tops of the washer and dryer

  • Clean and sanitize the sink

  • Clean the countertops

  • Wipe doors, handles, and light switches

  • Vacuum and mop floor

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Before your cleaning technician arrives, please pick up household items (clothing, kids' toys, magazines, newspapers, mail, electronic devices, and any other loose items) that may be lying about to ensure they spend their time cleaning.

  • Wash and put away your dishes, allowing us to get straight to cleaning your kitchen.

  • Your cleaning technician will arrive within a one-hour arrival window. This will help account for the extra time needed for a prior clean or traffic delays.

  • If you are not home and have not provided access information in advance, we will contact you and request a way to enter. If the cleaning technician cannot gain access, we will charge you a lockout fee of up to 50% of the full cost of the cleaning to compensate our cleaning technicians for the lost time.

  • For safety reasons, we need to access both sides of bunk beds therefore, we only change the bottom bedding.

  • We do not clean: biohazards (mold, blood, bodily fluids), hoarding (high levels of trash/debris), animal waste/urine, cat litter boxes and/or on the floor, insects/rodent remains or droppings, diaper genies, fireplaces.

  • Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy. We recognize that unexpected circumstances can arise, necessitating the cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. To ensure a smooth process for both our valued clients and our dedicated cleaning technicians, we have implemented the following policy:
    Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This advanced notice allows us to effectively manage our scheduling and accommodate other clients who may require our services.

    In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, our policy states that a fee of up to 50% of the full cost of the cleaning service may be applied. This compensation is to reimburse our cleaning technicians for the time lost due to the sudden change in schedule.
